RATES
Rates and Term
- The rate is $60.00 per person, per night.
- Additional state and county 12% accommodation tax will be added.
- There is a minimum 8 people and a maximum 12 people, minimum 3 night stay.
- Calculator on bottom of the page.
- Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am.
- A signed rental agreement is required to finalize reservations.
- The Happy Cottage is a completely private, non-smoking, non-hosted facility. You provide your own meals.
Payment
- Payment is accepted by cash or check.
- $300 Non-Refundable deposit is due within (10) days of booking.
- $100 of the Non- refundable Deposit will be returned if there is no damage after inspection of house. $200 will be used for house cleaning fee.
- Full payment is due 60 days prior to the reservation date.
- Checks can be mailed to The Happy Cottage, PO Box 2309, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576.

Cancellations
- Any cancellations after booking will forfeit the $300 Non-refundable deposit.
- NSF checks we be charged a $50 fee.
Things we provide: 2 towels per person, 2 washcloths per person, kitchen towels, 1 complimentary paper towel, 1 complimentary toilet paper per bathroom, bed linens, blankets, pillows, shampoo, and hand soap.
Things you need to bring: Toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen size trash bags, rotary cutters, and lots of creativity.
If you have a favorite pillow like I do bring it.
